House
These prices are for the house with simple background. 20 % more for Complex Background. If you like to include people (small sizes) to the landscape, 25 % will be added for each additional person. This prices will be applied to any landscape picture in the same way.

The price is based on the number of people in the painting, how the subject is cropped, the size of the portrait, clothing and complexity of background settings.

Price do not include framing, shipping fees and any state or city sales tax, where applicable.

You can have a dialogue with the artist and determine the scope of portrait and the price. Please contact Joseph Park to discuss the cost and details in commissioning portrait painting.

35 % deposit is preferred. If you do not like the portrait work done by the artist, he is willing to work on your requests to satisfy you. However, the deposit is not refundable after he starts to work on your portrait.

Model

Bring or mail your several photo pictures for the person you want us to draw or paint if you have more than one. If you do not have photo pictures and live in local area, the artist can take pictures of the model in his studio or at the mall.

If you want to be model in person, you can come to the Artist's studio to sit for the picture. There will be extra charges if he visits your place to draw, paint or take pictures.

If you do not pick up the picture within 3 months since the artist notice you that your picture is finished, he will not be responsible for the picture.

From Black and White photo to Colored picture

There will be 30 % surcharge.

Frames for the Picture

You can choose the frame for your picture, and mat color for the pastel and watercolor before the picture is done or after it is done. Consult with Joseph Park more about it.

Frame Sizes and Opening Sizes

Following pictures are showing different sizes of mats. These mats will cover the edges of the papers

that Joseph Park will draw. And his Charcoal drawings and Pastel drawings will be in opening

sizes leaving some space between pictures and mats. After your picture is done,

you can have your own size of the frame which fits better for the picture.
